Product and Service concept tests work very well online. This is because it is easy to display visual or audio materials on-screen (e.g. product or service mock-ups, new package designs etc) which gives the respondent a real feel for what the proposed new product/ service is all about, and allows researchers to ensure that all respondents see the concept in the same way.
