Did you know…

You can also make an online diary study more interactive by taking advantage of the realtime results coming in. This allows you to react to results and add additional questions where needed whilst the study is live.

Something to consider...

Consider some over-recruitment for diary studies – whilst response rates are very good when you use an online panel for this kind of work, there will inevitably be some drop-out along the way.

Online Diaries

Online diaries are an effective technique for studies which require the documentation of specific variables over a specific period of time, such as media consumption, eating habits, daily activity etc.

These studies typically require more involvement on the part of the respondents, so the incentives offered for participation are generally of a higher value and paid upon completion of the study to reduce attrition levels.

To ensure sustained participation, we monitor each respondent to check that they have completed the appropriate days survey, issuing email reminders and SMS messages to ensure that the diary is completed in full.
