Research Now Technology Hellas is our fully owned IT development team based in Athens, Greece – run by our IT director Kostas Vlassis

Research Now Technology was responsible for building our highly scalable proprietary panel management platform which is being rolled out across Europe, North & South America and Australia as we launch new panels. This enables us to reach “hard to find” people on our panels very quickly and effectively. This leads to benefits for each of the three stakeholders in our panels:

Panellists – are more likely to receive surveys for which they qualify and are therefore more likely to have a positive experience of being a panel member

Clients – research results are more thoughtful and honest as they are derived from well managed, happy, panellists. Also results are more quickly and reliably delivered as we are able to go straight to the required respondents with certainty.

Research Now – we achieve very high level of client retention through delivery of quality data and also retain panellists for longer through providing them with a relevant, well managed experience

Alongside our proprietary panel management platform, Research Now uses Confirmit application for survey creation and management.

The IT and research software development skills of Research Now Technology allow us to be very flexible in order to meet client needs. At Research Now we are always interested in undertaking bespoke projects where technology can be used innovatively for the collection of data for market research.
