Did you know...

Running an online study in parallel to traditional methodology is the clearest way to prove the validity of the technique and our experience in delivery. Research Now will consider sharing the investment costs of parallel studies with clients.

Something to consider…

If you want to run a parallel test comparing face-to-face or telephone vs online, things to look out for include:

Is the top-of-mind mention the same using both methods?

Is the rating of products or concepts at a similar level?

Is any market movement equally indicated using both methods?

Are stated behaviours (previous brand usage, previous category involvement) similar?

Tracking Studies are increasingly moving online due to the well documented speed and cost benefits. At Research Now, we specialise in multi-country tracking projects, where our experience and panels enable us to deliver high quality consistent samples. We also provide full online reporting tools which give our clients both greater flexibility and efficiency of analysis.

Whether you require independent sample over multiple waves, or the same respondents to report back time after time, Research Now can offer a range of tracking options tailored to your needs.

Our experience in running daily / weekly / monthly and annual trackers allows us to understand the importance of:

Good planning – we assess project feasibility at the proposal stage to ensure that we have sufficient sample to achieve all cells. Where there is the potential of shortfall for later waves we specifically recruit to our panels in order to ensure we never run out of sample.

Careful sample selection – we use a balanced sampling technique to ensure there are no sample biases between waves.

Experienced project management – we assign every tracking project to a lead project manager and project executive who will take full responsibility for delivery. They will be overseen by our tracker delivery director who has over 10 years experience in running both offline and online trackers.

If you are looking to move an offline tracking study online, we are also happy to consider running parallel tests in order to provide firm evidence that the online tracking results are equal to (if not better!) than offline results.

Research Now are prepared to consider sharing investment with our clients in running such studies.
